Welcome to the "99KITCHEN COOK SERVICES Chef Booking" app. This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and 99KITCHEN COOK SERVICES, operated by Ranjit Mahato.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Founded by Ranjit Mahato, with over a decade of hospitality expertise, we provide culinary solutions ranging from home chef bookings to professional restaurant consultancy.

Users must be 18 years or older. You are responsible for providing accurate info (Name, Email, Phone, Location) and maintaining password confidentiality.

• Residential: Personal events, birthdays, and family gatherings.
• Commercial: Corporate events and high-volume catering management.
• Customized: Vegan, gluten-free, and regional specialty menus.

Payments are processed via Google Pay, PayTM, or PhonePe. Confirmation is subject to a coordination call.

The user must ensure:

• ✅ Clean & hygienic kitchen workspace
• ✅ Necessary kitchen utilities/tools
• ✅ Compliance with local food laws
• ✅ Accurate event location & time

Estimated delivery times for ingredients may vary due to traffic or weather. Important: If a delivery attempt fails due to user unavailability, it will be marked as delivered with no refund.

Cancellations made before the confirmation call are not eligible for refunds. Post-confirmation changes depend on chef availability and may incur extra charges.

Violating these may lead to permanent account termination:

• Soliciting chefs outside the App platform.
• Fraudulent bookings or inappropriate content.
• Disrupting App functionality.

99KITCHEN acts as a facilitator. We are not liable for disputes between users and chefs, or damages incurred during events.
