Payments must be made at the time of booking through secure online gateways such as Google Pay, PayTM, or PhonePe. Upon successful payment, users receive a confirmation via email or push notification.

5.3 Confirmation

Bookings remain provisional until confirmed through a coordination call. Users are required to respond promptly to coordination calls to avoid delays in confirmation.

Once confirmed, users will receive a detailed itinerary outlining the chef’s arrival time, required ingredients (if any), and special instructions.
