Refund Policy

  1. Booking Fees
  • Booking fees are generally non-refundable:
    • ₹99 for daily bookings
    • ₹999 for monthly or yearly bookings
  • However, in exceptional circumstances (technical failure, duplicate payment, or service error), partial or full refunds may be considered at our discretion.
  1. User-Initiated Cancellations
  • Before confirmation call:
    • Booking fee remains non-refundable.
    • If any additional service amount was paid, it may be partially refundable after deducting processing charges.
  • After confirmation call:
    • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on service progress and time of cancellation.
    • Partial refunds may be issued where applicable.
  1. Service-Initiated Cancellations

If 99KITCHEN COOK SERVICES cancels a booking due to:

  • Chef unavailability
  • Operational or technical issues

A full refund of the paid amount will be provided.

  1. Refund Processing Time
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  1. Refund Disputes & Support
  • Refund disputes must be raised within 7 days of the booking date.
  • Our support team will review the request and provide a resolution promptly.
