Refund Policy
- Booking Fees
- Booking fees are generally non-refundable:
- ₹99 for daily bookings
- ₹999 for monthly or yearly bookings
- However, in exceptional circumstances (technical failure, duplicate payment, or service error), partial or full refunds may be considered at our discretion.
- User-Initiated Cancellations
- Before confirmation call:
- Booking fee remains non-refundable.
- If any additional service amount was paid, it may be partially refundable after deducting processing charges.
- After confirmation call:
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on service progress and time of cancellation.
- Partial refunds may be issued where applicable.
- Service-Initiated Cancellations
If 99KITCHEN COOK SERVICES cancels a booking due to:
- Chef unavailability
- Operational or technical issues
A full refund of the paid amount will be provided.
- Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- Refund Disputes & Support
- Refund disputes must be raised within 7 days of the booking date.
- Our support team will review the request and provide a resolution promptly.
